Aufgepasst! Open Culture meldet sich bereits am 17. Februar zurück - und zwar mit einer "Greek Edition"! Elpida nimmt uns mit auf eine spannende Reise in die kulinarische Welt Griechenlands und wird Köstlichkeiten aus ihrer Heimat auftischen. Wer möchte, kann die Köchin und unsere Open Space Crew bereits bei den Vorbereitungsarbeiten unterstützen. So kann man sich nicht nur einen guten Einblick in die mediterrane Kochkultur Griechenlands verschaffen, sondern auch gleich miteinander ins Gespräch kommen. Um 18:00 wird die "Open Culture - Greek Edition" dann offiziell eröffnet, und unsere Gäste können die griechischen Spezialitäten in vollen Zügen genießen.

Attention, attention! Open Culture is back again - this time on Saturday, February 17 with a "Greek Edition"! Elpida, will take you on a journey through Greece's culinary delights and will prepare traditional food from her place of origin. Feel free to join us for the preparations as well and you will not only get an insight into mediterranian cuisine but also have to opportunity to get into conversation with Elpida, our chef for the day.
At 6 pm we will officially open our "Open Culture - Greek Edition" - buffet and you can enjoy the culinary delights of this unique country.
